Welcome to
The Giving Guild
The Giving Guild is a voluntary organisation which hosts an annual charity lunch, donating all the funds raised to charities working and providing their services in Ireland.
Each year, our guests nominate three charities and a vote is held at the lunch to select who will be the next recipient of our funding.
The event has been running for over a decade raising much needed revenue for smaller charities to whom our funding makes a huge difference.

Only a few tables change hands each year so we can make no promises but we would be delighted to add you to the waiting list.
What we do
We are an organisation set up to distribute funds raised through an annual Christmas lunch to charities and causes who provide their services here in Ireland.
We want the donation we make to mean a lot and prefer to support smaller charities for whom fundraising is a constant challenge.
Thanks to our loyal followers and those who support us annually in holding the event, we are proud to say that, together, we have raised €189K to date for deserving Irish charities.
We donated €20,000 to Solas Project in 2023!
Together we raised an incredible €20,000 at Christmas 2023 for the Solas Project, an impactful charity that works with approximately 700 young people in inner Dublin city annually. Through targeted interventions and community-wide activities their programmes work to break the cycle of poverty, substance abuse, youth crime, generational unemployment, and antisocial behaviour in the area and give hope and opportunity to young people.

Charity nominations
Since 2011, we have helped Irish charities to build new wards in hospitals; playgrounds for children with intellectual disability; sensory rooms for children with profound needs and funded new kitchen facilities in parent accommodation for families whose child is in hospital long-term and more.
Over €189,000 has been donated to date.
